Linda and her global team created a unique executive search firm based in Santa Barbara, California called Opportunities Plus. We wanted to offer clients a new approach to executive search by providing a fully integrated onboarding, coaching and review package as part of our standard fee. 

From 2008-2023 we grew our coaching and organizational development division and created the Integrated Leadership Institute to meet our clients increasing need to provide training and leadership capacity building for a new demanding global environment.

We are now uniting all of our products and services under one corporate entity. Simply put, Cultivate Talent Solutions is a one-stop-shop for coaching, training and search.
